In Honor and Memory of Kahlilla Blyss (3/18/03 - 8/25/08)
With great sadness and resentment, I have to inform you all that Kahlilla floated to heaven on August 25, 2008. We love you beautiful Fairy Queen. We will remember you always and forever and ever. Have a blast up in Heaven. "Lilla was a healthy, happy 2-year-old child until October 2005. After many diagnostic tests she has now been diagnosed with a stage4 Neuroblastoma. Against some long odds, Kahlilla was declared in remission in May 2006, after many months of chemotherapy, surgery and a stem cell transplant In April 2007, Kahlilla relapsed." Unfortunatly, Lilly is not doing very well. This was a journal entry written on August 12: "Despite these beautiful photos of Kahlilla, we had a very frank discussion with her doctors about Kahlilla's deteriorating health. The morphine is continually increasing yet her pain is still breaking through as the cancer grows. We have accepted that the time will soon come to stop the blood transfusions and just let her go peacefully." "This is crap," says Lil, "It is not fair." She is very right. I walked back into the boys changing room amongst shouts and cheers, "dude you are my idol!" "did you see any girls naked?" "man, I wish I was you right now!" Questions were fired at me left, right and centre but before I could answer a small boy came up to me, "er...someone wants y..you outside," I narrowed my eyes and he started sweating nervously, "who?" I said, he choked a little and stammered, "er...er...erm, a girl," I stared at him, along with everyone else and he literally looked like he was going to burst into tears, "right," I turned back around and put on my clothes, the boy quickly ran out of the door, "what a douchbag!" one guy said as a few people laughed, they turned back to me, "who's the girl?" the same guy asked me, I shrugged, "amelia, she's probably annoyed at me or something," I grinned, a murmur of laughter went through the group of boys as I turned and walked out the door, I heard a lot of shuffling and whispers behind me, I assume all the guys were getting ready to listen by the door, I saw Amelia leaning against the wall, "hey mils!" I said cheerfully, she turned and scowled at me, she walked toward me and poked my chest, "you totally embarrassed me in there! although, some people admire me, BUT that don't matter! You're so....ergh! Nicholas Jerry Jonas!" I looked at her with my eyebrows raised, she stopped when I didn't say anything, "you finished? what's with the whole name thing? and don't you think you're overreacting about the whole bet thing just a tad...well I dont think it's even a bet to be honest," I finished speaking because she was poking me in the chest again, "I'm not overreacting! you showed my ass to the whole of our year AND I'm still getting stick about it!" As if right on cue someone from outside shouted, "Hey baby, how about you give me a little booty dance!" She turned to me and gave me a 'see what I mean' look, I shrugged, "okay okay, I'm sorry, isn't that enough?" I said knowing she wouldn't give up, "ooohhhhh no! I'm gonna get you back," she said giving me a sly grin, I laughed, "Not gonna happen babe, nothing you do will bring down Nick Jonas," I gave her a kiss on the cheek and turned to walk back into the changing room, I heard footsteps and then heard her whisper in my ear, "oh it will, trust me, when you're least expecting it!" at that she walked back into the changing rooms. Amelia's POV I sat back down next to Tamzin, what can I do that will get him back? I scanned the room hoping something will pop out at me but instead my eyes rested on alana, I was thinking how she tried to attach herself to Nick earlier, god I hated her! Then I smiled at how Nick brushed her off...wait, what if...yes! I stood up and called out to the room in general, god I must be crazy to do this!
